PAYMENT, REFUNDS & ORDERS

I accept payments via PayPal only. All commission prices are in USD (United States Dollars). I do not accept payment in any form of crypto-currency.The commissioner will pay 50% of the price upon confirmation of the commission sale, and complete the other 50% of the payment upon completion of the image. A low-res and watermarked version will be sent before the final payment, and a high-res version will be sent after.
A commission order has not been placed until the first payment is given. Your order will not be worked on, nor added to my queue, until this process is complete.For PayPal payments, I will send an invoice. To do so, I will ask for your email address. Your email address will only be used for this reason, and will not be shared nor stored.
I have the right to decline a commission for whatever reason I may give.I do not accept working for deadlines. If you have a date you would like it by, feel free to let me know and I shall try my best! However, I am not set to that deadline given.If the commission has not been finished within two years when I am at fault, the commissioner shall receive a refund, to be discussed.
In the event that I cannot finish the commission, the commissioner shall receive a refund depending on what progress was made.You can modify your commission at any time before I start working on the piece. You can upgrade or include additional add-ons simply by paying the difference. You can even change the character information entirely. Just remember that I cannot provide refunds for downgrades.Once I start working on the piece, some changes become much more difficult to make. Iā€™m happy to make minor modifications within reason. Larger changes may require additional fees, or a new commission.āœ” Will do:
